Objective: To teach the practitioner how pre-existing conditions will affect a treatment plan, prognosis,and a patient’s response to allow him or her to set realistic expectations during a report of findings andform a proper prognosis.
Description: This course will teach the practitioner how pre-existing conditions may affect a treatment plan,prognosis, and a patient’s response to care. He or she will be able to use this information to set realisticpatient expectations during a report of findings and to form a proper prognosis. He or she can alsoreference guidelines and published authorities to support management decisions. The practitioner will learnhow to formulate a treatment plan based on objective data and established treatment protocols.
